Glamour – A Booking Platform for Event Services
Glamour is an online platform that makes it easy to book event and gathering services from chairs and tables to entertainment and service staff, all through a mobile app. Whether it’s a private dinner, birthday, or full-scale wedding, Glamour offers convenience and professionalism at your fingertips.

Khozama partnered with PencilSolutions to design and develop Glamour’s complete platform, delivering a web admin system and mobile apps to manage everything from bookings to order tracking.
We developed Glamour’s web and mobile apps in phases, covering both the user-facing experience and admin-side operations.
We built native iOS and Android apps that allow users to browse services, schedule bookings, submit payments, and receive real-time updates—while vendors can list items, accept or reject requests, and manage orders.
We developed a custom admin portal using Laravel, enabling platform owners to manage users, edit service listings, categorize products, handle transactions, and update order statuses.
We integrated secure payment gateways and built an automated notification system to keep customers, vendors, and admins informed about order confirmations, changes, and system activity.
The Glamour platform now handles bookings, vendor listings, and order management with ease. Bringing together service providers and customers under one unified system.
