Introduction

ITGraduates is an application where Companies can share their IT job opportunities through our mobile app with a special form and specific appearance duration for each job. Payment will be based on appearance duration. Job seekers will access the mobile applications where they can register information and details or apply (fill the job fields) without registration.

Challenge

Design and software development services to Khozama towards the implementation of an ITGraduates Mobile Application for both Android and IOS platforms as well as the Admin panel system for managing the mobile application. Khozama outsourced pencil solutions’ web and mobile application developers, to create its iOS and Android mobile applications to allow the following:

• ITGraduates mobile App, where companies will post and share the IT jobs and opportunities based on appearance duration.
• Company admin/HR should be able to post and share the job through the mobile app or Admin webpage.
• Give the ability to the company HR department to access and post the job with special FORM-based on selected fields.
• Payment will be based on Job duration on the app.
• Two actors: Company HR and Job Seekers.

Company admin / HR will be able to share/post a job through web admin or the mobile app. This user has to sign-up and will be having the following activities: • Sign up with the information • Add / Post a job with • Standard FORM or • Special form/fields for this job opportunity, ex: • Name • GPA • Location • Pictures • Specify the duration and PAY through the Payment Gateway. • Receive all candidates’ information on the registered email.

C.Notifications

•The system admin should be able to send notifications to users. •Users should have the ability to choose if they want to receive notification (if any new job posted).
