Islamic Heritage Revival Society – A Full Digital Transformation for Donor & Operations Management
The Islamic Heritage Revival Society (IHRS) is a Kuwait-based charitable organization dedicated to supporting orphans, widows, preachers, teachers, and underprivileged communities across Kuwait, India, and Southeast Asia. Their work is sustained through regular and one-time donations from supporters around the world.

IHRS partnered with PencilSolutions to build a complete digital system (including mobile apps and a web application) to streamline operations, improve data security, and make donation management more accessible and transparent.
We developed a unified platform across web and mobile, tailored to the organization’s operational structure and donor journey.
We built a Laravel-based admin platform with dashboards, user roles, project management tools, and reporting features to help IHRS manage donations, care requests, and project updates across regions.
We designed and developed three native apps: a donor-facing app for contributions and updates, a team app for internal workflows, and an admin app with advanced permissions and communication tools.
We created a flexible reporting engine with approval workflows, real-time notifications, donor feedback tools, and PDF export options, ensuring that both supervisors and donors stay informed and engaged.
The system helped IHRS reduce paperwork, improve donor trust, and operate more effectively across multiple countries.
